The Big Orange Bus is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We are available throughout East TN and often travel to Maryville, Alcoa, throughout Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and surrounding areas.

How old is Nancy?
Nancy is aged like wine at 51 years old. She has had a few face lifts and cosmetic touches but under her new curtains and leather seats, she has quite a few stories to tell.
Do we travel? How far?
Yes we do! So far we have kept our travel distance within 15 miles of Knoxville, TN. However, we are open to travel to your special event! Contact us for your custom quote as travel fees do apply outside of our 15 mile limit.
How many people can fit in the bus?
We have had quite a few people pile into our seats in the bus! Comfortably the bus will fit 6 with the doors closed.
Why did we take a break from scheduling?
Just like every one of you we are regular people too! The last three years have been nothing short of challenging to say the least. Between very significant deaths in the family, attempting to stay healthy in times of covid, and starting a new job in the healthcare field during a pandemic; we took a break to take care of ourselves and heal from painful losses.
On a brighter note, we persevered and came out better and brighter on the other side! We are so beyond excited to re-vamp our social media, branding, organization, etc. and pursue the dream of creating a business out of our pride and joy!

Pricing
Weddings & Events
Weddings: 3 hour minimum - $180 an hour with a $50 scheduling deposit to hold your spot on our calendar. We will provide props, customizable message board and polaroid station. Travel costs may apply contact us for custom quote.
Events: 2 hour minimum- $120 without photobooth perks (props, polaroid station, message board)
2 hour minimum- $150 with perks
Styled Shoots
2 hour minimum - $100 an hour with a $50 scheduling deposit to hold your spot on our calendar. Recommended and encouraged that photographers bring their own props, but will provide some small gameday props, customizable message board, etc.
Travel
Over 15 miles outside of the Knoxville area would be considered travel. Contact us for a custom quote.
Travel fees may apply. Full-day events are custom quoted.
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that sometimes life happens! In the case that life gets in the way, we require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation before your scheduled time. We have also implemented a $50 scheduling deposit to secure your spot on our calendars, which will go towards your end total. As well as, a $25 cancellation fee if not cancelled within 24 hours of event. This helps us limit miscommunication in scheduling and prioritizing our time, as well as yours and others wanting to spend some time with Nancy!
